Bedroom Wall Shelves Decorating Ideas - I've always enjoyed interior decorating. Remodeling or decorating my home has always been among my favorite hobbies because it gives me such an opportunity to express myself. Because I'm not much of a painter or artist I want some other artistic outlet. My home functions as that artistic outlet. Still, because I entertain clients at my house, there aren't a lot of areas I can really let my whimsical nature run free. I need to make things seem conventionally acceptable in the majority of the rooms. The one exception to this is my bedroom. I can use any bedrooms thoughts that I would like, and it is just fine. After all, just me and my spouse ever see it.
Up until recently, I did not attempt any unconventional bedroom thoughts. I was recently married, and both I and my husband were hoping to be as adapting to each other as you can. Therefore, I could not really push the limits of my decorating in any way. Times have changed. It started out innocently enough. This has always been among my favorite bedrooms thoughts. Candles are extremely intimate, and to me, the wall looks to be an perfect location for them.
In the end, when you place up candle holders on the wall, you ensure consistent light all over the bedroom. I thought my husband might be a little bit hostile towards the undertaking, but to my surprise that he adored it. He agreed that it was romantic, and he discovered that it supplied a very nice, soft light that was perfect for reading.
Since that day, I've done all sorts of experimenting. Obviously, I started off by purchasing new linens for your bed. I went for the expensive Egyptian cotton sheets, something that I thought well worth the investment. In the end, having a comfy, well-rested night of sleep is among the main things in life. I also purchased a beautiful brightly colored down comforter, published with pictures of animals, flowers, and exotic forest scenery. The duvet actually helped to brighten up the whole bedroom.
My most extravagant bedrooms thoughts, however, had to do with the way I decided to decorate the walls. I made the decision to use ceramic tiles instead of the standard wallpaper. At first, my husband objected. He believed that it would be a little bit too active, but once I began really designing a nice ceramic mosaic, he began to understand. And it turned out beautifully. Life is much more enjoyable when you stretch the boundaries sometimes.
